Terms and Conditions

Our technical team will handle installing and activating your landline service. The process can change based on the technology available to you

When activated, your line will only receive calls. After a few days, outgoing calls are also activated.

Landline through Copper

You would need to buy a telephone set from a third-party source and install the internal wiring from your home/office to the Ogero telephone box. The telephone box is normally in your building’s basement or electrical room.

After that, an Ogero agent would connect the wire at the box.

Landline through Fiber

You would need to install the internal wiring from the fiber box to the home/office through a third-party company. Afterwards, an Ogero agent would connect the wiring at the box and in your home/office along with installing the modem and testing the connection.

Landline through LTE (Fixed-Wireless)

For landline through LTE, there are two options:

1- Request the modem from Ogero and an agent will deliver and install the modem for you

2- Buy a compatible LTE modem from a third-party source and plug your landline to the modem. The service will be activated remotely within 1-2 days.

Landline Fees

• Landline installation and service fees are added to your next landline bill.

• The total fees due and your official receipt will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number
