Most services require a technical feasibility study and a formal decision from the Ministry of Telecommunications (MoT). The exception is Business Grade Internet, which needs no MoT decision and is provisioned faster.

Standard document pack (referred to below):

1. Official letter to the General Directorate of Operation and Maintenance or Ogero, stating the service, the existing phone number and the employee handling the request

2. Commercial Circular and Commercial Register

3. ID copies of the authorized signatory and the handling employee

4. Lease or ownership deed in the company's name for the service address

5. Copy of a recent paid phone bill for the subscription
