Prices are in Special Drawing Rights (1 SDR is approximately 1.35 US$). One-time activation fee of 100 SDR for contract creation and equipment inspection, also charged for modifications.
• Requirements: Apply directly to the Ministry of Telecommunications (Directorate General of Operation and Maintenance). Feasibility study with Ogero and foreign operators, plus an official MoT license. Advance payments are made in cash or by fresh account check to the MoT International Accounting department.
