Terminal modems are not included. The deposit is paid once, regardless of future capacity upgrades. To add capacity on E1, add more E1 lines.
• Requirements: Feasibility study and formal MoT decision. E1 lines are identified by their head phone number.
• How to apply: Through an Ogero corporate representative, who submits your application to the MoT. After approval, pay the activation fees at any Ogero point of sale. Ogero then installs the line, and monthly charges appear on the invoice of your primary business number.
DDI (Direct Dial-In)
An add-on for E1 PRI and SIP trunk lines that lets customers bypass reception and call specific departments or employees directly. For example, instead of the main number 01/123000, a customer dials 01/123001 to reach Sales.

• Eligibility: An active E1 PRI or SIP Trunk, or at least 30 physical landlines. Subject to an MoT/Ogero feasibility review.
• Documents: Application letter, Commercial Circular and Register, IDs (owner, signatory, handler), company lease or deed, and proof of an active trunk (MoT decision or paid bill) or a list of the 30 active lines.
